• Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.

• Developing an overallindividualized training and development plan addressing needs, expectations and customer experience.

• Designing and deploying training programs for all levels of sales advisors and supervisors at stores specifically tailoring to the individual needs of each store, businesses and service requirements in a wide variety of training methods and technology.

• Monitoring and evaluating training program's effectiveness, success and report on them in order to track the improvement in the performance of each Sales Advisors and implement key learnings evaluation for better training programs in future.

• Developing learning and development policy and managing training budget.

• Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.

• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.

• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.

• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

• Develop college recruiting programs, management trainee programs.

• Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource.

• Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.

• Develop applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.

• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A minimum 3 years' training and recruitment management experiences, ideally in retail industry.

• Proven track record in designing and executing store front training programs successfully.

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (Mentoring, coaching, on-the-jobin classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, gamification, etc...).

• Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

• Strong Communication and leadership skills,...

• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.

• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.

• Energetic, self-motivated, strong track record as a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
